Really good little cafe / diner on the busy and manic main road, don't count on parking anywhere! A menu of properly traditional food and old school plastic tables out the back to eat at. Staff were very friendly and efficient, the young lass in particular was great at her job switching between languages with ease and advising us well on dishes / servings. The roti were particularly good, soft & fluffy (for roti!) but still with great elasticity and sauce absorption properties! Our food was all top notch, very impressive, and good value too for the amount we had. There are countless cafes / restaurants on this road so we chose this one on a hunch that it looked very trad, I'm guessing you won't go far wrong anywhere but I really liked this place, it felt very traditional yet was welcoming to us and, more importantly, serves great food.

Saturday Morning we ordered their Lamb Nihari with Naan, Channa and Poori, Mango Lassi, Sweet Lassi, and Chai. Prices: very economical and portion sizes are great value for money. Even after eating and enjoying we still had food to take home. Taste: oh... It was super yummy, as in Pashto they say "Surr da pasa Khwand" and you eat like " Rull taan Gai aan per chass bari ai aye"... The food keeps telling you " mae tumhen barbaad kerdoongi" and you keep eating saying "Mae barbaad Hona Chahta Hun" They have a great variety of Pakistani food and a Rich Menu. Ambiance: so there is space for dining with 7 tables of 4. It's more like a Dhabba restaurant so don't expect a 5 star environment. It offers dining only if you can takeaway and the dining room is usually busy. So if you expect a very neat clean and modern dining experience, we'll be sure you won't get it in these pricing. For what you pay here, it's . Overall experience: I enjoy Pakistani Cuisine and A1 Lahori Zaiqa had all the reasons to tickle my taste buds. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing breakfast at A1 Lahori Zaiqa! The naan bread was freshly baked, soft, and perfectly paired with the rich and flavourful nihari. The spices in the nihari were perfectly balanced, and the meat was incredibly tender, melting in my mouth with every bite. The portion size was generous, and the service was excellent, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for an authentic and satisfying breakfast!
